No packed classes, no sweaty mats, no gym membership necessary…just a love of a butt-kicking, safe, time-saving workout that will get you results and get you outside!

Join this high energy group on the Hudson River Pier and be challenged each week with a variety of relays, partner drills and body weight exercises. You’ll experience a small group setting that fosters healthy competition, encourages team work and yields positive results, both physically and socially, for its participants.
